1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the House of KnA LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

House of KnA LLC provides architectural design and visualization services, including but not limited to:

• 3D architectural renderings and visualizations
• Interior design consultation and planning
• Floor plan design and development
• Virtual reality walkthroughs
• Interactive home configurator tools
• Design consultation for homeowners, builders, architects, and developers

3. Project Terms and Payment

Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to project scope may result in additional fees.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be established per project. Typical terms include deposits upon project commencement and final payment upon delivery of completed work.

Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions are included in each project. Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of any materials, ideas, or content you provide to us for your project.

Our Work Product

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your intended purpose. We retain the right to use project images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Tools and Methods

We retain all rights to our proprietary methods, tools, and techniques used in providing our services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely responses to requests for feedback or clarification
• Ensuring they have the right to use any materials provided to us
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
• Compliance with local building codes and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are for design and visualization purposes. We are not responsible for structural engineering, code compliance, or construction feasibility unless specifically contracted for such services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be provided for work not yet completed, minus a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and work already performed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
